  • Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the headlights at the time of service.
  • Additional charges may apply for severe oxidation, internal damage, or other conditions not disclosed during the quote process.

3. Appointments

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We may accept various forms of payment, including cash, card, or digital payment methods.

5. Results Disclaimer

Headlight restoration results may vary depending on the condition of the lenses. While we aim to significantly improve clarity and appearance, we do not guarantee restoration to like-new condition in all cases.

6. Warranty

If a warranty is offered, details will be provided at the time of service. Warranty coverage may vary and does not apply to damage caused by neglect, accidents, or improper care after service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
  • Ensure a safe and accessible work area
  • Disclose any known issues with the headlights prior to service

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website booking or quote request forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from Renewalens LLC related to your service, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, quote follow-ups, service notifications, and technician arrival notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
